This month, Urban Zen honors Rodney Yee for his commitment to the Urban Zen Integrative Therapy program.  As co-director of the UZIT Progam, Rodney Yee engages his lifelong passion of sharing the benefits of yoga on the mind, body and spirit.   By expanding on his yoga expertise and embracing other eastern healing modalities, Rodney has created a new integrative healthcare model for universities, hospitals and other healthcare settings.  Rodney and his wife Colleen Saidman Yee are co-creators of the Gaiam Yoga Club. This summer, you will find Rodney in Sag Harbor at Yoga Shanti where he teaches yoga.
