In the chaos that is modern life, the Urban Zen Center is a sanctuary that raises consciousness and inspires change. We are home to a community of organizations and individuals who embrace issues revolving around patient advocay, children's causes and preservation of culture. JOIN US.

 

Our Urban Zen Integrated Therapist (UZIT) training programs take place at the Center. An entire year of deep focus resulting in certified individuals concentrating on Patient Care. In addition the center showcases leaders in the wellness sector for all audiences. Our website provides these sessions to the world. We are here to share and learn from you all. Thank you.
