Kids' Yoga

Urban Zen is partnering with Bent On Learning for a weekly Kids' Yoga Class every Tuesday starting March 23, 2010.

Kids will learn yoga poses, breathing exercises, meditation and relaxation techniques.



Admission is $15 per child
