Urban Zen is thrilled to be the home for Kris Carr's ongoing workshops. The first workshop was an incredible success. Seventy-five guests engaged in conversation while listening to the speakers Kris lined up for the day. From the deepest detox details to the benefits of colonic therapy, the event was full of passion and education and the Posse was glowing in the end.

The ever inspirational and energetic Kris Carr continues to nurture and nourish the world with healthful juices, information and life practices that feed and heal the mind, body and spirit. Having the fortitude and awareness to document her dramatic battle with a rare form of deadly cancer on film, Kris, became an inspiration to us all. Her moving documentary entitled Crazy, Sexy, Cancer was screened at Donna Karan’s house in the Hamptons and aired on TLC.
