Kids are in the fashion spotlight at Urban Zen Sag Harbor with our “Trashion Weekend”
Please stop by and see wearable art made from recycled materials created by our future fashion designers from Art Farm. Also on display and for sale will be other artwork the Art Farm kids have created. Every dollar earned from these aspiring artists/philanthropists will be donated to Mari’s Children* and UZ’s campaign, Hope, Help & Rebuild Haiti (HHRH).
While enjoying the “Trashion” exhibit, all visiting parents and their kids can also experience the act of giving through our Million Hearts for Haiti project. Handcrafted stone hearts are available for purchase for all visiting children to design, paint and then display at Urban Zen. Shoppers will have an opportunity to buy these one-of-a-kind hearts with all proceeds donated to HHRH.
To offer children a non-competitive environment coupled with a farm experience through a very special and magical camp environment. Art Farm offers a wide variety of activities, so that campers can try something new every day.
* Art Farm’s belief in “giving back” and the participation of the entire camp throughout the summer, in their charity organization, Mari’s Children, makes Art Farm unique as it instills in each child the value of helping children around the world.
