A fundraiser benefiting UZITs at Southampton Hospital

Please join Colleen Saidman Yee, Rodney Yee of Yoga Shanti, John Seelye of One Ocean Yoga, and Urban Zen Foundation for a gentle and deep yoga class culminating in an Urban Zen Integrative Therapy session that will restore calmness and revitalize stamina. For an hour and a half you will be guided through a balanced asana sequence that will prepare you for deep relaxation. As you rest in a restorative pose, you will be guided through body scan meditation and breath awareness practices while integrative therapists provide Reiki and essential oils therapy. To really lift the spirit, you will be practicing karma yoga since 100 percent of the proceeds will go towards employing urban zen integrative therapist at Southampton Hospital. After the class there will be a short introduction to the Urban Zen Integrative Therapy Program and a question answer session.

ENTRY: $75+ donation per person. Greater donations are very much welcome and encouraged.
