Below is a list of prerequisites you are required to have completed in order to be accepted into the 2011 UZIT program. The deadline to submit proof of these items is April 15th, 2011.

- First aid/CPR for First Responders certification
- Liability insurance coverage with UZ Foundation listed as an “additional insured” on your policy.
- Enrollment and completion of Week One of the GAIAM YOGA CLUB in advance of the first meeting.
- Yoga instructors must provide proof of completion in a 200-hour teacher training program.
- Allied Healthcare Professionals must provide a copy of their license(s) and/or certifcate(s).
